You can return any product within one month after receipt.

Who covers the cost of exchange?
For international exchanges we have to charge postage again.

How do I get my money back?
We will immediately refund you the purchasing price and your advance payment for the return postage. Please include your bank account numbers with the return shipment.
Credits for returns are usually given within 10 days max.
